We have been seeing a lot of new spyware hit systems lately that is becoming increasingly difficult to remove. One of the best free tools to date is called “combofix”. You can download combofix from the ‘BleepingComputer’ website - check out their tool and information by clicking HERE. The tool is about 1/2 way down the page for download. Be patient - sometimes it takes up to an hour to scan and it often looks like the computer is not responding.
